This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR on basis of the complaint dated 08.01.2023 given by the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that FIR in this case was already registered in Crime No.24 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 323 of IPC. Hence nothing survives in this petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary.
