ORDER
The petitioner herein had lodged a complaint against the second respondent, who is the son of the petitioner for maintaining the petitioner and his wife. Duraisamy Chettiyar, who is the petitioner herein and his wife are staying in his brother in law's house.
2. The learned Government Advocate submits that initially, CSR.No.1017 of 2016 was sought and during the inquiry, the dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent that is the father and the son got resolved and some payments were made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
by way of demand draft. Thereafter, the petitioner expressed his intention that he intends to stay with his brother in law and he was not willing to pursue the complaint. Recording the same, the complaint was closed.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this petition to be adjudicated upon further, therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
