The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, at Alandur, Chennai, to dispose of C.C.No.534 of 2018 within specific time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Taking into account the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the 1 / 3
