Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to survey the land through its Taluk Surveyor attached to its office to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the land measuring 3000 sq.ft. comprised in survey No.266/1Part, 300/Part, 301/part as per the Ambattur Town Survey Register, Ward I-Block No.27, T.S.No.97/3 situated at Padi Village Kumar Nagar Extension, Rajaji Salai, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur
District, in pursuance of the application dated 06.01.2017 after giving notice to all persons interested in the lands surrounding the property and furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner and consequently direct the fourth respondent to give necessary police protection for survey work carried out by the third respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that even though police protection was sought for by the third respondent, on that particular date, the land could not be measured and therefore the third respondent is ready to survey the land whenever a letter is given in writing seeking police protection to the fourth respondent. 2.
Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
