(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.02.2019 made in W.P.No. 4434 of 2019.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court.

3. Mr. G. Punniakoti , learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that in view of the complinace of the order passed by the respondent, the Contempt Petition may by closed.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the orders of this court, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
