3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.803 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem on 19.09.2015.

4. Hence, the petition stands dismissed and the Trial Court is directed to take the final report on file and expeditiously dispose the same in accordance with law.
