This appeal was allowed vide judgment dated 30.03.2019.
The respondent was found guilty in this appeal filed against the acquittal.
Consequently, the respondent was summoned to appear before this Court to answer the question of sentence.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner/ appellant/ complainant has entered into compromise and the petition to compound the offence has been filed, wherein the respondent/ accused has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- as against the cheque amount of Rs.65,000/- and the same has been accepted by the complainant.
3. Recording the same, the appeal is disposed of as compounded.
