O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner directing the respondents to cause production of the detenu namely Rajalakshmi and produce before this Court, who is under illegal detention of the third respondent herein.
2. The alleged detenue Rajalakshmi, daughter of the petitioner, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents 1 and 2.
3. On enquiry, she stated that she voluntarily married the third respondent. It is not in dispute that she is aged about 19 years and she has also produced the marriage certificate to show that the marriage was solemnized between the detenue and the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and that the detenue expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/the third respondent herein. The mother of the third respondent is also present along with the third respondent. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is dismissed.
