PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents / respondents 3 and 4 and punish them for their willful disobedience of the order of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.23622 of 2022 dated 05.09.2022. For Petitioners :

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 05.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.23622 of 2022, the Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23622 of 2022, the respondents preferred Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1672 of 2023 before the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court, in which, the Hon'ble First Bench has granted an order of interim stay on condition that the enhanced amount has to be deposited within a period of six weeks from today, i.e., on 14.07.2023.

3. In view of the above observations, this Contempt Petition is closed.
