The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.35 of 2015, has filed this quash petition.

2. It is seen that C.C.No.35 of 2015 had subsequently numbered as S.T.C.No.318 of 2015 and after the full fledged trial the case against the accused entered into acquittal by the judgment dated 15.12.2018. The copy of the judgment has been produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
