JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 25.06.1999 in A.S.No.54 of 1996 on the file of the District Judge, Erode reversing the preliminary decree dated 30.10.1995 in O.S.No.131 of 1987 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram.

2. When the matter was listed on 27.01.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(03.02.2020), no representation for the appellant.
