This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to include the petitioner's name in the selection list of P.G. Assistant published on 10.04.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the age of the petitioner is barred, so as to appoint his in any post. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
