This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16907 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23423 of 2022 on 16.11.2022 to appear before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
