ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.66 of 2022 dated 05.02.2022 before the concerned Court within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Arcot, on 18.01.2024 and therefore, there is nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
