ORDER

The petitioners have filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2012 passed in WP.No.7487 of 2012.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the

third respondent in the writ petition - District Educational Officer, Coonoor, The Nilgiris has passed an individual proceedings in respect of each of the petitioners in Na.Ka.No.00737/A1/2016-1 dated 04.02.2016, Na.Ka.No.00737/ A1/2016-4 dated 03.02.2016 and Na.Ka.No.00737/A1/2016-3 dated 03.02.2016 respectively, rejecting the claim made by them. Accordingly, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
