O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued to the petitioner providing an opportunity of personal hearing and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition challenging on various grounds.

2. During the pendancy of this Writ Petition, the respondents have proceeded with the disciplinary proceedings and passed an order dated 18.02.2021, dismissing the petitioner from service. Aggrieved by the said order dated 18.02.2021, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.7901 of 2021 before this Court and the same is pending.

3. In view of the subsequent orders passed dismissing the petitioner from service, the relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate all the grounds that are raised in this Writ Petition in W.P.No.7901 of 2021. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any shall stand closed.
