ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking suitable directions to the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint in C.S.R.No.941 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is made clear that when a summon is issued by the police, it is the duty of every citizen to respond to the summons and to give their explanation. The petitioner instead of appearing before the respondent police, has filed this petition.
