ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The present habeas corpus petition has been preferred by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter, S.Vaishnavi, aged 15 years, before this Court and hand over custody of her to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, respondents produced the detenue before the Court. On enquiry, the detenue states that she has completed 10th standard and continued her studies in polytechnic. The detenue stated that on account of some misunderstanding, she left the custody of her parents and took asylum in the house of the petitioner's elder sister. However, without understanding, her mother has hastily come to this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by filing the present petition. The detenue expressed her willingness to be in the custody of her parents.
