2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.13 of 2017, charge sheet was filed through efiling on 11.09.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20230001273/C202400016CC before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore District.
4. Since the respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
