ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for execution of Non Bailable Warrant against him for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A),323,506(ii)IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, in C.C.No.148 of 2013 pending before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is presently residing and working at Bangalore and since his movements are restricted, he could not attend the court hearing and therefore, the trial Court issued NBW on 14.09.2015 against him. Hence, he has come forward with the present petition for anticipatory bail.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] would submit that the petitioner is absconding for more than 1 1⁄2 years and the Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner as early as on 14.09.2015.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court and to file necessary application to recall NBW and on filing of such application, the same shall be considered and disposed of, by the Court concerned on the same day in accordance with law. 5.This petition is disposed of accordingly.
