This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to multiply the case in entertaining any complaints relating to the petitioner's business by themselves or their subordinate Police officers under the guise of enquiry.
2.Today, Ms.G.Sivakumar, HC-1624, EOW-II, Coimbatore is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Danagopalsamy, a case in Crime No.2 of 2015 was registered and after completing the investigation, a charge sheet has been filed against M/s.Shri Kandaguru Real Estates for the offences under Section 420 IPC r/w Section 5 of TNPID Act and the same has not been taken on file. However, fresh complaints have pouring in and those complaints are being enquired into. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to proceed further in the complaints received against M/s.Shri Kandaguru Real Estates and take action in accordance with law.
