The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to take a final and workable decision on the basis of the report submitted by the Expert Committee, which is constituted in G.O.[1-D] No.54 School Education [X2] Department dated 05.03.2013.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader [Education] appearing for the respondents submitted that pending Writ Petition the Government has passed G.O.[Ms]No.175 dated 20.07.2017 and he has also produced the same before this Court.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioners to place their grievances, if any before the competent authorities. No costs.
