Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I, Egmore, Chennai dated 07.02.2018 in C.C.No.2499 of 2016.

O R D E R

The matter arising out of the 138 and 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.2499 of 2016 was stands posted for trial. It appears that the second accused is not present and hence, resulted in issuance of the Non-Bailable-Warrant as against the second accused/A2. The second accused/A2 has preferred this appeal against the said order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent in this Revision Petition has no objection to allow this revision.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case and no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent herein, this Criminal Revision Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

allowed and Non-Bailable-Warrant issued by the trial Court is recalled on condition that the petitioner has to pay Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Concilation Centre, High Court, Chennai and the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
