ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file final report/charge sheet before the appropriate 1/4

trial Court pursuant to registration of First Information Report, in Crime No.282 of 2024 on the file of the respondent on or before a date to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the FIR in Crime No.282 of 2024 has been registered on 30.08.2024 for the offence under Section 306 IPC. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
