ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute NBW issued on 11.02.2015 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in C.C.171 of 2015 against the accused.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in C.C.No.171 of 2015 came to be dismissed on 23.05.2017 under Section 258 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
