Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner with respect to the civil dispute between the petitioner and his vendor.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner with respect to the civil dispute between the petitioner and his vendor.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.420 of 2024 and the same was closed on 26.12.2024.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
