2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the closure report has been filed on 31.12.2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore, as civil in nature and R.C.S. Notice has also been issued in R.C.S. No.24 of 2018.
3. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in these petitions. However, liberty is granted to the defacto complainant/victims to file a protest petition before the concerned Court, if so advised.
