ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29062 of 2024 by an order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court.
2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29062 of 2024 by an order dated 21.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
