(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Uma, aged about 27 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/husband of the detenue and the third respondent/father of the detenue are also before us. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and she expressed her willingness to go along with her father, who is the third respondent herein. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a marriage solemnized between the alleged detenue and the petitioner.
5.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 6.It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking his remedy.
