This Civil suit alongwith C.S.No. 252 of 2008 coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.Jayesh Dolia, Advocate for the Plaintiff herein and Mrs.G.Shanthi Meenakshi for Mr.V.Adhivarahan, Advocates for the defendant herein and upon reading the plaint filed herein and the learned counsel for the plaintiff having submitted that the suit is settled out of court and this court doth recording the same, It is ordered as follows:- That the suit in C.S.No.237 of 2008, be and is hereby dismissed as settled out of court.

2. That a certificate under Section 69 of The Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act XIV of 1955 (Amended Act), do issue herein, out of and under the seal of this Court in favour of M/s. Shahnaz Leathers, represented by its Managing Partner Mr.Mohammed Saud Ali, the plaintiff herein, authorising them to receive from the Pay and Accounts office, High Court, Chennai, a sum of Rs.2,32,050/- (Rupees two lakhs thirty two thousand and fifty only) being the entire court fee paid on the plaint by the plaintiff herein.

3. That there shall be no order as to costs of this suit. WITNESS THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJIB BANERJEE, CHIEF JUSTICE, HIGH COURT AT MADRAS AFORESAID, THIS THE 15th DAY OF JUNE 2021.
