.. Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.08.2016 in W.P.No.24123 of 2015.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for

the respondents placing on record G.O.Nos.47 and 48 dated 14.03.2018 submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 26.08.2016 in W.P.No.24123 of 2015 has been duly complied with and the petitioner has been given promotion.

2. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that although the promotional order has been passed but the posting order has not been given to the petitioner.

3. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the posting order is likely to be issued to the petitioner on or before 21.03.2018.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
