ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to make sub division and to issue separate patta in pursuance to the petitioner's online application vide Challan No.20230717001781 dated 17.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made an online application on 17.07.2023 to demarcate the property and to issue a separate patta and he also paid necessary charges. However, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent submitted that a direction may be issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.07.2023 within a stipulated time as the case may be.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the 2/4

petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.07.2023 and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law after issuing notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners of the four boundaries of the subject property and interested parties/rival claimants/objectors if any as the case may be and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
