ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the appeal of the petitioners dated 04.03.2016 for grant of Selection Grade Pay of Rs.9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4200 in the post of Laboratory Assistant.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the petitioners' representation before the first respondent dated 04.03.2016, the first respondent has not passed any orders in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said representation.

3. Mr.S. Gunasekaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 04.03.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioners'

representation dated 04.03.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, taking into consideration the report, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
