Respondents PRAYER : The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to FIR No.14 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, namely, the Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ashok Nagar, Chennai so as to quash the same.

ORDER

To quash the case in crime No.14 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, namely, the Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ashok Nagar, Chennai, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that investigation completed and final report filed before the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet and taken the final report on file as C.C.No.835 of 2023. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report is they are so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
