ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16965 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26595 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.26595 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16965 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26595 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is Page No.2 of 4

relaxed.
