The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has mobilized only a sum of Rs.10 lakhs and he is ready to deposit the same immediately and with regard to the remaining sum of Rs.10 lakhs, he would seek for two more weeks time and he also produced the bank statement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to deposit the part amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) to the credit of crime number as ordered by this Court on or before 07.02.2022 and to pay the remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only),two weeks time is granted i.e. on or before 22.02.2022.
