O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the mother of the Detenu, viz., Mr.Dineshkumar, M/A, 24 Son of Sugumaran, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu in Memo No.890/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 27.12.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu.

3.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
