W.M.P.No.10526 of 2016 in W.P.No.6948 of 2016 T.S.Sivagnanam,J., Heard Mr.V.Radhakrishnan, the learned counsel appearing for Mr.V.Rajesh Babu, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this Court granted twelve weeks' time to consider the petitioner's application, and because of the damage being caused to the trees, it is prayed that the time may be reduced to six weeks instead of twelve weeks. The learned Government Advocate does not oppose the said prayer.

Accordingly, the order, dated 29.02.2016, passed in W.P.Nos.6946 and 6948 of 2016, is modified only to the extent in para No.4, wherein, the period is mentioned as "twelve weeks" and it shall be substituted with the words "six weeks".

After carrying out the aforesaid correction, Registry is directed to issue the amended order copy on 06.04.2016.
