Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent dated 27.12.2019 in Memo No.891/BCDFGISSSV/2019 against son of the Petitioner Mr.Santhoshkumar, M/A, 25, Son of Krishnamurthy, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.This Petition has been filed by the Father of the detenu viz., Mr.Santhoshkumar, M/A, 25, Son of Krishnamurthy challenging the detention order passed by the Second Respondent in Memo No.891/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 27.12.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the Second respondent against the detenu.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
