This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 03.10.2013 made in C.M.P.No.4936 of 2013 in C.C.No.33 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Salem.

When the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the main case in C.C.No.33 of 2013 itself has been disposed of in the year 2018 and hence nothing survives in this petition. In view of the above submissions, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
