ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the information report dated 06.11.2012, pending on the file of the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner was induced by the opposite party to invest in a banian business in the year 2011. The petitioner also made investment but, the business did not go well. Hence, the present complaint has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lodged by the petitioner against the opposite party. 4.The said transaction relates to the year 2011 further, the dispute is essentially, civil in nature. It does not disclose commission of cognizable offence and hence, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted. 5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
