ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the Offence under section 294(b), 325, 354, 452 of Indian Penal Code and to include Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, in the above Cr.No.170 of 2019, and file a final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet was filed on 09.01.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore vide FR.No.4 of 2020. Hence this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
