Mr.R.Vigneshwaran, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent bearing No.RFL/21/2023 dated 13.12.2023 and consequently, direct the second respondent to register the sale deed pertaining to plot Nos.15 and 16 situated in Rajiv Gandhi Street, Bellappan Nagar, Thiruninravur - 602 024 presented by the petitioner.

3. It is seen that when the petitioner has presented the sale deed pertaining to plot Nos.15 and 16 situated in Rajiv Gandhi Street, Bellappan Nagar, Thiruninravur - 602 024 for registration, the second respondent refused to register the same on the ground that one Gunasekaran filed a protest petition, wherein he has stated that the subject property was pledged Pg.Nos.2/4

by the petitioner and that the petitioner still owes him an outstanding amount of Rs.32,00,000/-. Since the petitioner has got an appellate remedy before the appropriate forum, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
