Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case against the petitioner's husband on her complaint dated 16.04.2015 vide CSR No.157/2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It appears that the dispute is between husband and wife and therefore, the respondent is directed to refer the matter to the Social Welfare Officer and take action in accordance with the report to be given by the Social Welfare Officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out is remedies in the manner known to law.
