O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a report, for the complaint filed under Section 200 of Cr.P.C, before the leraned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai - 8, in Crl.M.P.No.6789 of 2019 on 28.06.2019, as early as possible and to consequently expedite the trial.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has filed a private complaint, in which the learned Judicial Magistrate has directed the respondent to enquire and report. On the directions issued by the said Magistrate, the respondent has filed a report before the concerned Court. The petitioner himself as withdrawn the complaint by filing the petition under Section 257 of Cr.P.C and the same has been withdrawn and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
