This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2021 and consequently direct him to issue the patta in accordance with law.

Heard Mr.S.Nagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 01.09.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
