O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue G.Mahalakshmi, daughter of R.Govindarajan, aged about 19 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue G.Mahalakshmi, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner and one Prithiviraj are also present before this Court.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major and that she has married one Prithviraj and is living happily with him and the parents of the said Prithviraj are also present before this Court. she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
