O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.9026 of 2007 dated 12.03.2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents herein and he has also produced a copy of the letter dated 17.02.2023 written by the petitioner's husband stating that his wife/petitioner had received all the gratuity amount. The learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings

dated 11.02.2023 passed by the second respondent herein before this Court. This Court had also gone through the same.
