The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.12(b) in the order of this court dated 06.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27623 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, everyday at 06.30 a.m, until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, on 12.02.2025, and thereafter on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.
