ORDER

(made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition with liberty to file an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code before the Trial Court and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"Please permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate before Learned Trial Court under Order VII Rule 11, CPC." In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. In the event of the petitioner making such an application, the Trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same, after notice to the parties, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of such application. Costs made easy. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
